Agli Archi Chieti is a renovated, intimate and welcoming historic 19th century residence, with high arched ceilings, and a minimalist pop art design. Vintage 70s furnishings blend with hand-built and custom-made furnishings to create a unique and vibrant environment.
Here the charm of the past joins the present with a vibrant touch. A unique environment full of character, designed to offer you a relaxing and healthy holiday, ideal as a starting point for visiting Abruzzo, a region rich in history, castles, sea and parks!
The house overlooks the Porta Pescara square and is located between the ancient arch of the thirteenth century and that of the nineteenth century, in the heart of the historic center of Chieti.
History tells us that the city gate was called Porta Pescara because it was the gate used by those coming from the coast and Val Pescara. We chose to call the house 'Agli Archi', due to the arches of the house and the city gates, unique and characteristic details.
A few steps from the city's main street, the house is within walking distance of all the services, museums and attractions of the city. Below the house there are clubs and restaurants. We are close to the hospital and Pescara airport can be reached in 15 minutes.
TAILORED COMFORT
The house features:- 1 bedroom with a high-quality mattress and topper, anti-mite linens, and air conditioning/heat pump.
- 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom and one half bathroom),
- Living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, air conditioning/heat pump.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, air fryer, and toaster.
- Laundry room: To ensure high standards of cleanliness and unscented linens, we have our own laundry room. There is also a washing machine for guests' use. We provide all the detergents for cleaning the house and using appliances, as well as odorless detergents for personal hygiene. All our detergents and cleaners are odorless and natural, suitable for those with MCS and who are environmentally conscious.
The house is on three levels, being an older building. It's equipped with LED lights, fragrance-free, eco-friendly, and odorless cleaning and hygiene products, and a washing machine.
We've carefully considered every detail of the house to optimize space, including the kitchen: a completely custom-built space. Every element has been designed to make it functional and welcoming, even on vacation. You can cook all the dishes you want or simply enjoy your dinner at home. Several restaurants and bars are located nearby.

We pay maximum attention to cleanliness and the products used in every aspect:
- During the renovation, we used all products with low VOC emissions and odorless.
- For cleaning, we only use odorless, natural, and fragrance-free products. We pay attention to every detail to minimize the risk of allergies and sensitivities. This is why we have high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- The linens are anti-mite, and the minimalist design minimizes dust accumulation.
- We use steam for sanitization. Natural and effective.
Respect for the environment: We used reclaimed wood and materials, custom-built by us, to furnish the home, minimizing waste and respecting the environment. Every material has been carefully selected, seeking out eco-certified products that are good for the environment and healthy for our guests, while also ensuring comfort.
Design: Each piece of furniture has been hand-picked or custom-made, combining the quality of vintage design with reclaimed furnishings, in a synergy between Second Life and 1970s minimalism. The result is a home with a strong, bold character that you'll love.
