In the heart of Chieti’s historic old town, our home combines historic charm with sustainable pop-art design. Ideally located to explore the region: the sea is 20 minutes away and the mountains 45 minutes away. The house is allergen-friendly and suitable for guests with allergies, asthma or MCS. Only eco-friendly, fragrance-free products are used. Perfumes, essential oils and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not allowed indoors.

Notes
The base price includes a stay for 2 guests for a minimum of 2 nights.
The tourist tax of €0.80 per person per night is not included and must be paid locally at check-in.
Additional guest: €20 per night per extra person (the accommodation can host up to 4 guests upon request). The extra fee includes the use of the sofa bed and an additional bed if needed.
Security deposit: A €300 pre-authorization is required and will be released 2 days after departure if no damages are found.
The rate includes hypoallergenic bed linen, fragrance-free detergents and soaps, and utilities. Final cleaning fees are not included.
Upon request, 1 pet can be accommodated with prior authorization and in compliance with house rules.
