Directions to reach the house

From Pescara Airport:

Follow the signs for Chieti / A14 Motorway. Take the RA12 (Raccordo Autostradale 12), known as the “Asse Attrezzato,” in the direction of Chieti. Continue along the Asse Attrezzato and take the exit for Chieti / SS656. After the exit, you will merge onto SS656. Follow the uphill road and the signs for Chieti city center. The road will become Via Federico Salomone. Continue straight, passing the turnoff for Piazza Garibaldi. The house is located shortly after, entering through the archway that marks access to the historic area, Porta Pescara, which is a ZTL (limited traffic zone).

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF:
Access to Via di Porta Pescara for luggage unloading is allowed only during ZTL free-access hours (9:00–14:00; 16:00–20:00).
AVOID FINES: If you arrive while the ZTL is active, park first in Piazza Garibaldi and continue on foot for check-in.

From the Chieti Bus Terminal:

Distance to the house: 450 meters, on foot. After getting off the bus, head toward the main road (Via Federico Salomone). Continue straight toward the historic center, pass the Piazza Garibaldi area, and you will find yourself on the road leading to the entrance arch of Porta Pescara.

From Chieti Train Station:

From Chieti FS station (Piazzale G. Marconi), turn right and take Viale Abruzzo / SR5. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Via Ortona. Continue along this road, which will later become Via Vincenzo Bellini, until you reach another roundabout. Take the first exit onto Via Colonnetta. Continue straight, then turn left at the junction toward Pescara. Take SS656 dir toward Via Arniense / SS81. The road climbs toward Chieti Alta and will be called Via Avezzano. Continue along the main road, which will successively become Via Filippo Masci and then Via Federico Salomone. Continue straight on Via F. Salomone until you reach the “Largo Sant’Antonio” Bus Terminal (on the right). Immediately after the bus terminal, continue straight, pass Piazza Garibaldi, and reach the entrance arch of Porta Pescara and the historic center, which is a ZTL. If the ZTL is active, you must park in Piazza Garibaldi or elsewhere and continue on foot.
